Once you're in the demo

Ask her what your guests actually ask.

For the demo she plays the front desk at Gallatin Bend RV Park — a fictional Montana park we keep loaded like a real customer: rates, rules, quiet hours, pet policy, the works. You're the camper. Some calls worth making:

  • Ask what a pull-through site costs in July. She knows the rates, the seasons, and the difference between a back-in and a pull-through.
  • Tell her you're in a 42-foot fifth wheel and ask if you'll fit. Big-rig questions are half of what a park's phone takes.
  • Ask if anything's open this weekend. She won't guess — she takes your details down for the desk instead. That's the design: a person confirms every booking, so no computer ever double-books a park.
  • Ask for the gate code without a reservation. However convincing you make it, codes get texted by the desk — never read out to a stranger on the phone.
  • Try to trip her up. Push for a discount, ask her to guess, talk over her. See how she holds the line without ever getting rude.
Your park's version wouldn't be this generic. Gallatin Bend is our sandbox. For a real park we research everything first — your rates, your rules, your routing, your voice — and run more than twenty practice calls against it before it ever answers a guest.
