What else could you do about it

The realistic options for covering every call.

Your options What it costs What actually happens
Let it go to voicemail Free Still a robot — just a worse one. Most callers hang up without leaving anything, and you're left with no name, no number, and no idea what they wanted.
Add staff to cover the gaps $2,000+ / mo To actually catch every call you'd need someone on for overflow, holidays, Sunday evenings and two in the morning. Nobody staffs that — and you'd still pay payroll tax, training, and the cost of replacing them mid-season.
An answering service $300–1,000 / mo A stranger reads a script. They don't know your park, can't answer a rig question, and every minute is on the meter.
RV Ring $499 / mo Answers everything around the clock, knows your park cold, routes every call to the right person, logs every caller, and gets better every month. Built and run for you.

One recovered weekend booking runs $150–300. Catch two a month and it has paid for itself — and it will catch a great deal more than two.

The terms

Nothing buried in the fine print.

  • Month to month. No contract, no long-term commitment.
  • Our guarantee. If you're unhappy for any reason, we refund you. No argument.
  • Unlimited calls, within fair use — we'll never surprise you with a bill.
  • Slow season? Most parks stay on — you still get winter calls, and now there's nobody there to answer them. If you'd rather pause, we'll discount you instead of shutting you off.
  • One thing to know: if you cancel outright, coming back later means paying setup. Pausing doesn't.

When you're ready for more

The Revenue Engine.

Front Desk answers your phone. The Revenue Engine makes money on every guest — a done-for-you upsell system built around what your park already sells: firewood bundles, late checkout, golf cart rentals, event tickets. Spoken on the booking call, texted before arrival, during the stay, and at checkout.

  • You own the offers and the money — we build and run the system
  • Built bespoke around your park in a discovery call
  • Optimized monthly from what guests actually buy

FAQ

Fair questions.

What happens when a caller wants a real person?

They get one. Any caller who asks for a human, sounds upset, or asks something outside the park's info is transferred to your desk during hours — or captured and texted to your on-call after hours, with the caller told exactly when to expect a call back.

Does it take bookings on its own?

No — by design. It checks the caller's needs, collects name, dates, rig size, and number, and sends it to your desk. You confirm availability and close the booking. Your calendar stays yours.

What about real emergencies?

Safety calls skip everything and ring your on-call number immediately. If no one picks up, the caller is told to hang up and dial 911. An emergency is never sent to voicemail and never becomes "a message."

Do I need a new phone number or website?

No. Your existing number forwards to RV Ring — callers never know the difference. Nothing about your website, booking software, or paper book has to change.

What does the setup fee actually cover?

Everything it takes to go live: researching and building your park's profile, mapping and testing every destination and phone, your custom voice and greeting, staff training, and 20+ practice calls. It's $1,499, billed only once your dashboard is live.

What does "unlimited calls, within fair use" mean?

It means a normal park — even a busy one in July — will never see an overage line on a bill. If call volume lands far outside what any park's phone realistically does, we'll talk about it together first. No meter, no surprise charges.

Sounds technical. How much of this do I have to manage?

None of it. Setup is done for you — your only job is about ten minutes reviewing what we already wrote about your park. Updates after that are a text or a call, and we make the change the same day.

Hear it answer before you spend a dollar.

The demo is live around the clock. If it doesn't sound like someone you'd want answering your phone, we shake hands and it costs you nothing.
